Stop Worrying about Your future... Take Control Instead
Are you ready to face an uncertain future?
Are you ready to face an uncertain future?
Are you ready to face an uncertain future?
Especially as we age. Faced with health crisis, the illness of a loved one, or the loss of a beloved -- the future can be a scary place.
That's why I created the Bravely Aging workshop -- come and learn the tools you can use today to face an uncertain future tomorrow.
And yes, we talk about hard subjects but we do so with a good dose of fun and with friends -- those you know and friends you have yet to meet.
In fact if you bring a friend, you'll receive a free gift!
Join us at our next workshop August 17th at noon in the Parish Hall at Church of the Advent in Palm City, Florida.

If you've witnessed the challenges of aging and caregiving, it's time to take action and shape your own future with strength and purpose.
Join us in this transformative workshop designed exclusively for compassionate souls like you who refuse to let fear hold them back. In the Bravely Aging workshop, we will explore the last years of our lives, confronting challenges head-on, and creating a roadmap for graceful aging.
Now is the time to prepare for those last years of life, especially the last five. Lisa Djahed, INEDLA trained end of life coach, created this fun, energetic, and upbeat workshop that isn't afraid to ask the hard questions and give you the tools you need to Bravely Age!
You can host your own Bravely Aging Workshop at your church, community room or clubhouse, or even in your own living room.
How our bodies will age is not up to us… joints and eyesight fail, cancers and disorders grow, – at some point you will face a serious threat to your physical health. In this workshop, together, we work through a series of questions and scenarios that enable you to face these physical fears with determination and practicality.
What will I do if I become a widow? Will I lose my independence due to some physical disability? Adaptation is the key to successful aging. That may mean physical adaptation, or mental fortitude, or a combination of both. This workshop helps you develop your “adaptation muscle” putting you back in control.
What is your vision for how you want to age AND how you want to adapt as you age? Do you have it spelled out for major events such as stroke, car accident, slip and fall, medical treatments and over treatments? Together we will outline your wishes so you can start a proactive aging plan.
Are you afraid of ending up alone? It is such a common fear. In this workshop, we will look at developing the skills you need to connect with a larger community. Start now to build a circle of safety and build up your social currency.
Does everyone in your immediate circle know of your aging vision? We will discuss practical ways you can start to broadcast your vision for bravely aging.
Ideal for community groups, church groups, support groups and those interested in building essential life skills! Contact me today to schedule your workshop!
Lisa Djahed is an INELDA trained Death Doula and End of Life Coach and former caregiver. A professional writer and content creator for leading nonprofits, Lisa came to end of life work after a profoundly positive and life-affirming experience guiding and witnessing her own father’s death. Since then she has dedicated her time and talent to studying the aging process, creating meaningful end of life experiences through her hospice volunteer work, and through her one-on-one End of Life coaching.
Through the hands-on experience of caregiving, and now as an End of Life Coach, Lisa has played witness to countless situations where a hefty dose of practicality and planning could have eased suffering, increased connection, and made for an easier last few years of life, and end of life journey.
The Bravely Aging workshop is her answer to this -- to help individuals curate the best possible aging experience for themselves and those they love.
Aging and end of life can be a confusing and emotionally painful time for so many – through her one-on-one coaching, Lisa transforms confusion into knowledge, emotional pain into empowerment, and ultimately, grief into pride.
